Ron came in on his day off to accommodate me. He is just an all around genuinely nice guy which made for a pleasant car buying experience. Always a long wait We are big fans of the customer service at JL Freed but this is the second time that a service appointment was an all day event. previously we waited We are big fans of the customer service at JL Freed but this is the second time that a service appointment was an all day event. previously we waited several hours for oil changes on 2 of our cars despite having made appointments. This time I received a confirmation saying my appointment was 730am and was told the service would take 2 hours yet my car wasnt taken in until about 3pm and was done around 4pm. I was also told my appt couldnt be on a weekend so this left me shuffling around daycare pickup and arrangements for a ride thoughout the day as the time kept shifting. We like your dealership but If the service dept continues to operate like this we may need to go elsewhere. More
