Took my complaint very seriously bought car on a Monday; problems on Thursday. They found and fixed the problem without charge - thermostat. had failed; they replaced it . Left Hanging Service Adviser (Brandon) left us hanging as to when our Pilot would be finished. He said our vehicle should be done by 5:30 pm but would call to le Service Adviser (Brandon) left us hanging as to when our Pilot would be finished. He said our vehicle should be done by 5:30 pm but would call to let us know for sure. He never called and when we called at 6 pm we could not get through to anyone at service . When we picked up our vehicle the next day we were told it was done at 5:30 pm. Don't know if we could have picked it up then but would have appreciated a call either way. We have always had good service before with our 2011 Pilot. More
Just cam in for an oil change. My only complaint t was the service rep did not reset my dashboad to show 100%. I checked it after I left and had to return to have it reset. Once we selected our new vehicle, the process went quickly and the financial paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Pat spent a good amount of time going over all the features of our new vehicle. All of the staff was very helpful and didn’t push to “sell” add-on services, etc. More
