Never disappointed yet in their service I have been using JLFreed since 2014 and have not been disappointed in their service or recommendations for car care. We take our Hondas and Toyotas here for oil change, tires, inspection. Service is usually quick. Always very polite. I never feel I are being taken advantage of. I am always happy when I leave and never feel disappointed. I have not worked with anyone in particular and have been satisfied with all the employees over the course of the past few years. Easy and low stress. Our salesman, Jerry Gonzales, is the reason we chose to buy a Honda again. When I first visited the dealer I explained that I was just looking at what Our salesman, Jerry Gonzales, is the reason we chose to buy a Honda again. When I first visited the dealer I explained that I was just looking at what was available and probably would not be doing anything till April 1st. He listened to me and didn't push me to lease that day. Not only did we decide to get the CRV early, we also got an HRV. We could have gotten a lower payment on a different make of vehicle, but his respect ment more. And once we agreed on our deal everything went smoothly. So happy to have my CRV. I love it! Waiting on the HRV to be delivered and I'm sure I'll love it too! More

Great Service for Being Unscheduled I brought my car in for an oil change and it needed some other stuff that had to be scheduled but they were able to work with me and do all of the rep I brought my car in for an oil change and it needed some other stuff that had to be scheduled but they were able to work with me and do all of the repairs/changes that day even through I didn't make an appointment for those items.
