Grateful customer When I first came in with my car issues (which were unknown to me at the time) I was extremely stressed out with some personal challenges. From the gentlemen working in the bay to the receptionist in the sales department I was greeted with smiles and acomadations. I had called ahead and communicated that I had plans that I didn’t want to have to reschedule and because of the keen and hard working staff I was in and out within minutes in a beautiful rental/loaner car on my way to my appointments. I was then told my car wouldn’t be finished the work it required to fix the issue I came in for and was then told that they would NOT charge me for the extra days of the rental. That was especially helpful to me. I have another review for buying my Car the following week. Coming shortly. <3 More

Record-breaking visit! I stopped by late on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change and was in and out within 25 minutes. I had called ahead and they said it would take probably an hour to 90 minutes, so had brought reading material with me to wait. I never even had a chance to turn on my Kindle.
