Holly was awesome within the past 6-8 monthes I had been in to have my air conditioning repaired a couple times, including a recall. My AC broke once more due to a con within the past 6-8 monthes I had been in to have my air conditioning repaired a couple times, including a recall. My AC broke once more due to a condenser but my lease warranty had recently expired so my charge to repair was absurdly high. When going in to pay, Holly at the desk could tell I was frustrated with the high charge for an issue I had recently had worked on. The sales team would not take the time to look deeper into the issue but she went out of her way to look into my service history to see the work I had recently had performed and took it back to management, and was able to get the charge down. I greatly appreciated Holly having genuine care for the customer and going out of her way to help another person when she did not need to get involved at all, it was unexpected and great customer service. Very Good service ,friendly staff completed a tire plug and replaced the tire back on the car and put original spare and all parts back in storage area.
