JL Freed Honda has the best service department that I have ever dealt with in the 30 plus years I have owned a car. They are courteous, informative and they "hear" the customer with an open mind. I personally request Nick "Tech 31", by far the BEST mechanic I have ever let service my car. Nick has gone above and beyond the traditional Dealer Service department stereotype. He finds the direct problem, fixes it without the customer worrying about being over-charged or charged for unnecessary repairs. I could never say enough about JL Freed Honda Service... Old school honest - fair in price - trustworthy. 170K plus miles on my 2003 Honda Element thanks to Nick Tech 31.
