My experience at JL Freed was amazing. I walked in with a Carfax error on my trade-in (2005 Toyota Corolla) and Rich worked with me on analyzing the true nature of my trade without having to deal with Carf a Carfax error on my trade-in (2005 Toyota Corolla) and Rich worked with me on analyzing the true nature of my trade without having to deal with Carfax directly. They provided me great value on my trade-in and on a deal for a new 2012 Honda Odyssey. The deal was finished in an hour or so on the morning of October 20th. I came back later that afternoon after running several errands. Rich and JL Freed washed and detailed the new car, got all the paperwork ready for my sigature, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Now that's service!!! I highly recommend Rich as a qualified sales associate and the great folks at JL Freed for their tremendous service. More
This was my first visit to JL Freed as I am new to the area. I went there for an inspection and oil change on my 2010 Accord. I was greeted promptly by a very pleasant man in their beautiful service drive through ( it was a rainy day so it was nice that I could pull right in). Their waiting room is quite nice but I decided to check out the new models While I was waiting-everyone was so nice and I got the feeling that they all seemed to enjoy what they were doing- before I knew it the service department was calling me on my cell to say that my car was ready for pickup. It was such a nice surprise as my previous experiences at other dealerships left me waiting much longer than promised. This is a "feel good" dealership in both the sales and service departments that I would highly recommend. There is no question that I will be back for service and I will definitely visit them when it is time for me to get a new car More

Larry helped me out from the 1st phone call I made to him about purchasing a Honda. At first I was looking at a used Honda, and he helped me out making that decission. I called back the next day and the one about purchasing a Honda. At first I was looking at a used Honda, and he helped me out making that decission. I called back the next day and the one I wanted was sold that night. Called him back and found a New one from another dealer. He went out of is way to help me get the one I wanted. I was very happy that he even came down in price for me and got the SUV that wanted. He showed me everything about the new SUV and how it worked. He was very informative and knew how that vechile worked. Not only was he a salesman, but very personable and friendly...not pushy at all! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a new Honda or a used one! The company should be very proud to have him work for them. Pat was polite and helpful throughout the selection and purchase of our new automobile. He quickly set our family up with a test drive and then met my needs the next day when I came to make the purchase. O purchase of our new automobile. When Pat and the sales manager finished their business with me, they sent me to a finance manager who was prompt and courteous. There was little pressure to buy add-ons or extra coverage, which I appreciated. The dealership also worked with me to secure a reasonable price for my trade-in. In short, everyone at the dealership worked to treat me fairly and promptly. I also want to note that that, while remaining polite, Pat and the rest of the team really hustled to make the transaction work. It was a busy afternoon and I had an appointment that evening. They still had no problems readying the car from their inventory for me to be on time. More
WHAT A DIFFERENCE J.L. FREED CAN MAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I began my internet car search - I found a wonderful car at a dealership in Massachusetts. I live in Getteysbu MAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I began my internet car search - I found a wonderful car at a dealership in Massachusetts. I live in Getteysburg, PA so it was my first experience conducting business with a long-distance dealership. In ernest I FedEx'd a "Good Faith Deposit" to hold the vehicle until I was able to drive to Massachusetts to inspect and purchase the vehicle. One week prior to driving 8 hours to purchase the car I received a call from the dealership stating they had sold my car. I was shocked and very angry over this. The dealership also took two weeks to return my deposit despite calls and e-mails requesting prompt attention. Needless to say after that horrible experience I was very skeptical of doing business with ANY car salesmen or dealership that was not in my back yard. After some time I began a NEW search for a different type of car. Once again I found the perfect one for me LUCKILY this time at J.L. Freed! I called as the dealership was closing on a Saturday afternoon and had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff Palmer. I informed Jeff of my previous experience with the "long-distance" dealership. Jeff immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that J.L. Freed had a great reputation and would NEVER treat a client the way I had been treated by the dealership in Massachusetts. I agreed to send Jeff another "Good Faith Deposit" on the used 2011 Ford Escape listed for sale. I was 3 hours away and could not arrive to see the car until the following weekend. When my husband and I arrived at J.L. Freed, Jeff greated us with a warm smile and a handshake. The Escape was MORE lovely than I expected - she was absolutely in the pristine condition Jeff had described. The business/paperwork transaction was smooth and stress free. Tim was wonderful in finance. As Jeff had promised me - I left with a wonderful new "used" car and he single-handedly restored my faith in car salesmen and car dealerships as well. I want to thank Jeff Palmer personally and J.L. Freed for making the purchase of my car a wonderful, stress-free experience. THANKS AGAIN JEFF - you are an asset to the dealership!!!! More
My wife and I traded in our 2008 Cadillac SRX for a 2012 civic. We were blown away by the customer service we received from Dave Netz our salesman and Tim in the financing department. There was absolutely no pressure and everyone was very patient and kind. Dave came in on his day off to help us get in our new car. We thought we would be sacrificing the luxury of our cadillac for the fuel economy of a civic but nothing could be further from the truth. We LOVE our civic and J.L. Freed Honda. I had no idea how friendly a dealership could be based on my previous experiences with dealerships. They explained all of our options very clearly. I highly recommend Dave Netz, Tim, J.L.
