J.L. Freed Honda

We went to J.L Freed with two goals. First, we had an expiring lease on a Honda Accord and wished to purchase either the existing leased vehicle or a new Accord. Second, we wanted to purchase a new or u expiring lease on a Honda Accord and wished to purchase either the existing leased vehicle or a new Accord. Second, we wanted to purchase a new or used Civic, or possibly lease one. Ron Davenport worked with us to evaluate all of the options from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, arranged for us to test drive multiple vehicles, determined the trade-in value of our trade-in vehicle, handled all of the resulting paperwork seamlessly, and had our new cars cleaned and prepared for us to take with us that day, including Simonizing the interior and exterior of the Accord. We walked out of the dealership about 6 hours later with a new 2014 Accord and a lease on a new 2013 Civic. The entire process was efficient, pressure-free, and working with Ron was a pleasure! We are extremely happy with our new Hondas, as well as our experience with everyone at the J.L. Freed dealership. More

Debbie is so sweet, very warm and welcoming; Pat is wonderful and is there for you from start to finish (he let me know he was there if I ever needed help with anything should any issues come up with my car; Sean is great - you can tell Sean loves what he does at J.L. Freed (which was the sense I got from all the employees that were there that day I bought my car). There were closer dealerships to where I live, but traveling to J.L. Freed was worth every mile. After 6 months, I love my 2013 Accord EXL. I'm amazed at the features it includes. I wondered about the accuracy of the fuel useage display but on a 700 mile trip I found it to be accurate to within thre at the features it includes.
