Sara, Debbie, and Sean from internet sales were very helpful, and our salesman, Geoff Smith, truly shined as an honest and sincere person. When Geoff asks, "How can I help you?", he really means it. It is obvious that he treats his position as an opportunity to help someone through the disquieting process of purchasing a new vehicle. Throughout the entire process, he proved he was there to work for me, and to help me and my family in any way possible. This was the best purchasing experience I have ever had! If you are looking to purchase a car, I highly recommend this dealership, Geoff and his team. I drove quite a long distance to get to this dealership, but it was worth the drive to have such a great experience. My family and I are very thankful to Geoff, Sean, Sara and Debbie. We had priced around and we were super tired of car shopping! We spotted a vehicle online that met our criteria. We already had a $500 hold on an almost identicle vehicle at another Honda dealership. shopping! We spotted a vehicle online that met our criteria. We already had a $500 hold on an almost identicle vehicle at another Honda dealership. Unwilling to load the kids up and play the "numbers game" yet AGAIN, I called and was put in touch with Jeff. He worked with me over the phone but of course needed to see our trade in vehicle in person to give us exact numbers. We ran down there and were in and out in no time. Not only did they cut to the chase and not play games, he beat the other dealership by thousands of dollars less. We cancelled our deposit and went and picked up our car that night. Sean was equally great to work with. Funny and gave us what we felt like was a great deal. We look forward to doing business with them and having our honda serviced with them for hopefully many years to come! More

We wanted to look for a new car. Our Honda was 13 years old. We actually were dreading going to a dealer but the people at JLFreed could not have been better. The Service Dept. lacks professionalism, courtesy and follow-through. Everyone in the dept. acts as if customers are a nuisance. Not only was this my experience, I watched them treat other customers th follow-through. Everyone in the dept. acts as if customers are a nuisance. Not only was this my experience, I watched them treat other customers the same. The phone rings into voicemail during business hours and they don't return calls. They are arrogant and non-responsive. Lucky for them they are the only Honda dealership in the Montgomeryville area, bad for Honda owners. More

Freed and knew within a few minutes I was set, because Geoff and Sean understood what I needed, and worked with me to make it as simple as possible. I wasn't sold something I didn't want. I wasn't "wheeled and dealed". I just got the right car for me, and pricing within expectations. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks! More
We were looking to purchase a pilot and Ron Malone gave me a great test drive. I've been to many dealerships, and this was the only dealership where I got a price quotation for which I did not feel a need me a great test drive. I've been to many dealerships, and this was the only dealership where I got a price quotation for which I did not feel a need to negotiate any further. Another key characteristic of Ron was he never talked negative about other makes. He was primarily focused on the qualities of Honda pilot, and when I asked about other makes (Nissan, Toyota), he had only good things to say about em. Not sure if you would find many sales people like that around. That alone should be a reason to buy at this dealership. More
I just spent the better part of a day driving up to your dealership to test drive a vehicle that I found online. When I got there I spent about twenty minutes walking around the lot trying to find the car dealership to test drive a vehicle that I found online. When I got there I spent about twenty minutes walking around the lot trying to find the car that I was looking for. After walking into the "Pre-owned" building (as if those of us looking for a pre owned car need to be segregated into another building) and not getting any the attention of someone at the dealer I walked up to the other building and asked the receptionist about the car I was interested in. She then called back down to the "Pre-owned" building and said I should head back down there. Once there, a man met me and I was finally able to inquire about the car I had seen online. At this the man waved his hand and said "Sold." like he was Obi Wan Kenobi and "these were not the droids I was looking for." It was strange to say the least. So in retrospect I spent the better part of a day and a half a tank of gas driving up to your dealership for a car that wasn't there. How about a phone call? More
