When they say it, they mean it! I scheduled an appointment because an indicator light came on. When I arrived, a gentleman took my information. Chris said the part would be in within four days and that I would be notified. When I received the email, I scheduled the follow up appointment with Nicole who told me it should take approximately 90 minutes. To my surprise, my FIT was ready within an hour! Chris suggested I replace two tires and did not pressure me to do so. He merely gave me the information. It is great to be back on the road without that light! More

Everything was done quickly, and they checked over everything to make sure the car was running as it should. As usual, another satisfying service from J.L. Freed.
