Above & Beyond! I had a fantastic experience when I had my 2014 CRV serviced yesterday! When I found out that the shuttle was finished for the day, someone in the ser I had a fantastic experience when I had my 2014 CRV serviced yesterday! When I found out that the shuttle was finished for the day, someone in the service dept. asked an Express Technician, Jared, to pick me up to get my car. Unfortunately, my old address was still in the system so Jared drove far out of the way in heavy traffic. When he called and we figured out that he was at the wrong place, I apologized profusely but he did not sound angry or frustrated. He chuckled and told me that he'd be at my house in 25 minutes. When he arrived and drove me back to the shop, he was friendly and understanding about the mixup. He told me how much he loves working at Freed and how he feels valued and appreciates the professionalism there. What a great guy! I did not expect that anyone would pick me up after the shuttle was done, so that gesture was above and beyond. It was really helpful in making my afternoon and evening schedule run smoothly. It takes time for service shops/dealerships to gain my trust, but my history of positive interactions and being treated fairly and kindly has gone a long way toward building that trust with JL Freed. More

Customer Service I have been dealing with J.L.Freed since 1979 when I took my 1976 Honda Civic there for an engine rebuild. I have bought three brand new Hondas (1983 I have been dealing with J.L.Freed since 1979 when I took my 1976 Honda Civic there for an engine rebuild. I have bought three brand new Hondas (1983 Honda Wagon: 1990 Honda Civic; ;2018 Honda Accord) there and one pre-owned Honda,(1992 Honda Accord Wagon) from Freed's at the old location at Broad St and Cowpath Rd.. Lansdale. "Bob Kulp #2" sold us the first two cars, and a Mr. Sobel sold us the '92 wagon. As our cars aged I took them to a local, small town garage for most servicing. Now that we have a new car, we will take it to J.L. Freed for most, if not all, of its service needs. We bought our 2018 Accord EX through Patrick "Woodstock" Colluci and our daughter bought her 2013 Civc (Lease car) through him as well. (I also read and enjoyed Patrick's (aka Christopher Cole) novel, The Closer's Song (2000). We all received genuine attention, honesty, integrity and convenience from Patrick. Their new facility on Old Bethlehem Pike is state-of-the-art, user friendly, and it seems to function like clockwork. I also love the convenience of scheduling a service appointment online. (And let me not forget to express my appreciation of the complimentary cookies, coffee and bottled water available in the waiting areas.). More

Short wait, friendly staff. I only needed a headlight bulb but still was surprised at how quickly the service was completed given there were seven cars ahead of me in line.
