I remember how polite, professional and flexible Jerry was during our buying process. When I was in the market again, I poked around at a few other Honda dealerships and ran into typical sales tactics that didn't make me feel good about giving them my business. I came back to work with Jerry and it was like a breathe of fresh air. Communication is always crystal clear and Jerry works with you to get you the best deal that he can. Highly recommended. More

Terrible customer service I purchased a new ‘19 Pilot from Mark Filip.i was told when I brought the car in for service I would receive a free loaner car if I needed one. Fast f I purchased a new ‘19 Pilot from Mark Filip.i was told when I brought the car in for service I would receive a free loaner car if I needed one. Fast forward 10 months. I bring my car in for a leaking tire. They fixed it and I paid and on my way. The next day, the tire is still leaking. I called and told them and I took it to the nearest Honda dealer where I was in NY. They fixed it and I paid. 5 days later the tire is leaking AGAIN. I call JL Freed and setup to bring my car in the next day. They also put a loaner car aside for me. I get there the next morning. “We’re not giving you a loaner car. You have to pay” says the service technician. I explained how this is the 3rd time bringing in for the same repair and that Mark assured me I would get a loaner car when I needed. And that it was frustrating that I would now have to pay a third time. “It’s not our fault”. The service manager comes out and says “do you want us to fix it or should I just pull it up and you can take it somewhere else?” I’ve never experienced such rude and confrontational customer service in my life! I paid and left. I followed up with Mark, the salesman. He says “sorry, nothing I can do” and hangs up. I emailed the gm of JL FREED 2 weeks ago - no response. DO NOT BUY HERE. They say whatever they need to make the sale and are extremely RUDE. More

He provided us with a lot of information about the car and Honda vehicles in general that reflected both his thorough knowledge as well as his personal experience. Even more important, he worked to meet our car buying needs and did so in a very friendly manner without the stress and confusion that often accompanies the car buying process. Chris Beck helped to make the financial transaction very smooth and very straight-forward. He took the time to answer all questions and leave no doubts. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. Not comfortable from the get go I was in a bad accident and immediately wanted my car to be serviced at the body shop at JL freed. They had my car for over a month which then caused I was in a bad accident and immediately wanted my car to be serviced at the body shop at JL freed. They had my car for over a month which then caused my rental car to lapse. It is what it is. I called three weeks in for an update and the guy was kinda rude gave me an attitude “well there’s a lot of damage miss “ sure not problem, I’ve never been in an accident before so I was just looking for an update. I was very uncomfortable with how everything was handled I felt out of the loop and when I asked questions I was met with hostility. More
Car Winshield Chip Service I went in to have my windshield chip fixed and had to wait for 2.5 hours for someone to come when I had made an appointment prior for a 15 minute quic I went in to have my windshield chip fixed and had to wait for 2.5 hours for someone to come when I had made an appointment prior for a 15 minute quick fix. I wish they would’ve had me come back another time when they were better prepared since I had my child with me. A week after the windshield was patched it cracked in the same place. Very frustrating since I have had good experiences prior to this appointment. More
