I would like to start this review by saying that I have been a devoted Infiniti owner for over 20 years. However, the absolutely terrible experience I just had with JBA Infiniti has caused me to completely been a devoted Infiniti owner for over 20 years. However, the absolutely terrible experience I just had with JBA Infiniti has caused me to completely loose faith in this company. If you are considering buying an Infiniti, or going to this dealer for service, I highly recommend that you re-consider. Here is the story - my vehicle is 6 yrs old, and has about 100,000 miles. Before a few weeks ago, this vehicle was running perfectly fine. I took it to this establishment for the recommended 100k mile inspection/check up. The dealer recommended various items that they stated were "routine maintenance." I choose to replace the spark plugs, serpentine belt and a few other small things. (As a side note - the other service they told me was "needed" was new front and rear brakes and rotors - luckily, I did not elect to have this service done, as I later found out the rotors were undamaged and the break pads didnt even need to be changed). So, 3 weeks later my check engine light went on. I took the car in, and they told me it was a "blown spark plug" (one of the same plugs that they had replaced 3 weeks prior). They charged me another $1,000 and sent me on my way. The very next day, the check engine light goes on again. Back to the dealer. Now they tell me - you have a defective engine, and recommended that I take the vehicle to CarMax and sell it. So, I go from a perfectly running vehicle to a car that is barely running and being out $3,000 without even an apology. The told me it was a "coincidence" and a "one in a million chance." I think not. I truly hope this review will help others avoid the crappy situation that I am now in. More

He has never let me down he always get the job done right at a reasonable price he always explains all repairs in a detailed and in a way that's lets you understand what is going on HE IS THE BEST. also all the cashers are very polite always greeting you with good morning or evening what ever the case may be , the cleaning lady is always very hard at work i can see why the setting room is always very clean and stacked with refreshments and coffee if you want any ,my car is always washed and cleaned after each service ,All the people work there always greet you in a friendly manner as they go about there jobs, this what keeps me coming back ,J R and all of the above will keep me coming back for all my service needs, P.S HAPPY HOLIDAY TO THE J B A INFINITI FAMILY AND GOD BLESS.
