During my car search, this dealer offered the best price in the VA-DC-MD area. Reasons for the "4" ratings: - Didn't return phone calls that promptly and I had to call back multiple times. - Had to star in the VA-DC-MD area. Reasons for the "4" ratings: - Didn't return phone calls that promptly and I had to call back multiple times. - Had to start walking out of the dealership before they dropped some silly fees. - Made some promises that ended up not working out. Even though these negative aspects were annoying, the car was worth it and my overall experience with the dealer was good. More
