We were looking to lease an FX 35 AWD for about a month, but Rich offered us the best price - we simply could not refuse it. Rich was both respectful and patient. As a matter of fact, the purchase part of the process took about 30min, from the moment we walked into the showroom. Afterward, Rich took almost an hour to make sure that my wife understood every button in the car. The dealership closed at 9, but Rich stayed with us until 11pm to meticulously explain the details of the deal and all the features of the car. I highly recommend JBA Infiniti and Rich Robbins in particular to anyone who wants to be pleasantly surprised while shopping for a new car. By the way, did I mention that Infiniti FX 35 rocks:-)?
