Unprofessional I had an appointment and when I arrived the salesmen I had an appointment with was with another customer when this kid came over and said he was an as I had an appointment and when I arrived the salesmen I had an appointment with was with another customer when this kid came over and said he was an assistant manager and would help me he took me on a road test and when we returned back at the dealership he excused himself said he had to take care of something and left me standing there never came back and I saw him go and help someone else and not another person asked if they could help,the salesman I had the appointment with tried to answer questions but he was busy running around with the customer he was with. I will never buy a vehicle from a Island Dealer, I will continue to buy in New Jersey where they show professionalism. More

Island Subaru came up and they had the vehicle we looking for and the price was reasonable. We visited the dealership and first met with Dennis. I told him what we were looking for and he confirmed he had it in stock. He didn’t try to up sell and we got the car for a very fair price. Next onto Ramon, who took over from Dennis. He took care of the paperwork and finance. We were done in about three hours. Ramon also took his time to demonstrate to my friend all the features of the vehicle. This dealership appeared to be very busy. During our visit, I saw at least 5 other vehicles sold. Overall, great service. More
