They do not care about their customers, nor does it seem they want repeat customers. I will never consider going back to this dealership even to service my vehicle. During the finalization of the sale of my vehicle I inquired about the extended warranty program. I was informed by Danny W in finance that if the program had not kicked in I could cancel and receive a refund. I was completely lied too. Not only did they not provide me with any paperwork at the time of sale in regards to the extended warranty, but they are not honoring what they promised, or better said lied to me about. I ended up financing my vehicle so the sale was complete with the extended warranty, but they sold me an extended maintenance program. Now that I am moving out of the country and would like to cancel the program they are informing me there is nothing they can do. I have paid near $3,000 for a service I can never use and, "sorry there is nothing we can do". I am spreading the word about this dealership. I will never purchase anything from them nor my family, who have always been loyal BMW owners, nor my friends or anyone who asks me about my Mini Cooper. Such a disappointment. The purchase of a new car is suppose to be an exciting experience, but not at Irvine BMW. They are out to lie and cheat the customer, very disappointing. More
Purchased a used, extremely low mileage 2007 non BMW vehicle for below the current market values that any American made car of this caliber would be desired by an older and somewhat experienced car trad vehicle for below the current market values that any American made car of this caliber would be desired by an older and somewhat experienced car trader like me. Sales staff and closing agent were all helpful and well experienced in the car business even though I felt a bit uncomfortable in a non-American made car dealership. Would I buy another car from them? yes as long as if the car was American made and designed by American US citizen. God bless USA! More
Make sure that you get everything in writing and receive a copy of all documentation (i.e. warranty, credit score) that you are entitled to under the California Buyers Right law. The dealership will not vo a copy of all documentation (i.e. warranty, credit score) that you are entitled to under the California Buyers Right law. The dealership will not volunteer this information; therefore, it is important that you request it. As far as warranty service, the dealership can be misleading and cut corners if you allow them to do so. Do not accept anything less than what you are entitled to and know your rights prior to visiting dealership. More
I just bought a 2007 650i, but from a non-BMW dealership due to the amazing deal they were offering. My car only has 15,000 miles on it, so needless to say it is still under full factory warranty and still due to the amazing deal they were offering. My car only has 15,000 miles on it, so needless to say it is still under full factory warranty and still under the free factory maintenance period. So now I am on the hunt for a dealership to be loyal to for service and parts on this vehicle. Living in Orange County, Ca., it is understood that BMW's are everywhere, so naturally the dealerships are expected to be very busy. Google maps told me that Irvine BMW was closest, so I have been trying to call them for the past few days to talk to a service advisor about why I should chose their dealership. I do not mean to sound entitled, but most dealerships make upwards of 70% of their profit form service alone - therefore this should not be overlooked on the customer service side of things. Since I was repeatedly not able to get anything other than voicemail each of the 5 times I called - I began to lose faith in the dealership. If this is how they treat a potential customer, I am frightened at the though of how they would deal with an established, let alone disgruntled one. So I call one more time to let them know that I am having trouble getting through, and it dawns on me - between the impatient main receptionist, the 'too-cool-to-waste-my-time' service receptionist, and the frequent transfers to voicemail, that this place wants nothing to do with me. Well, Irvine BMW, the feeling is mutual. I just got off the phone with Sterling BMW, and they took plenty of time to talk to me about the service that they offer/loaner cars, etc. I was only made aware of this website because of the horrendous stories posted on the web about Irvine BMW's 'conflict resolution' methods. Do yourself a favor, drive a few miles further for a dealership that knows the value of customer retention. More

I am a former MINI owner and have had a LOT of problems with MINI service there at Irvine MINI so I was hesitant to go over to the BMW side when thinking about getting a pre-owned3 series. On the first with MINI service there at Irvine MINI so I was hesitant to go over to the BMW side when thinking about getting a pre-owned3 series. On the first trip on the lot I noticed one particular sales guy avoided us completely to help a little old lady (easy sell?). I sure am glad he passed us up though because the service we got from Renzo was stellar. He was able to show us quite a few cars and once we selected the perfect one he got the price down. He also gave me a very fair value on my trade-in (after a bit of haggling which is expected). He spent quite a bit of time with us and even entertained us when we asked for a free shirt LOL. A+ for Renzo! More

Terribly organized dealership! I bought a used 04 Mini there a few months ago and it was the worst car buying experience of my life. the only reason I stayed was that they had the car of my dreams there. there a few months ago and it was the worst car buying experience of my life. the only reason I stayed was that they had the car of my dreams there. I actually went to look at other dealerships because I couldn't deal with how incompetent they were. They gave me wrong information on several occasions and they have people there that have no idea what they are doing. Aaron the sales manager was nice and Dan was courteous but some people there were literally nasty and irresponsible. I won't name names (Alex) but I was disappointed overall by the lack of professionalism. More
The service department at Irvine BMW has basically broken every rules possible for a car maintanence business. In summary, during the few times I visited for routine maintanences and repairs, they have: every rules possible for a car maintanence business. In summary, during the few times I visited for routine maintanences and repairs, they have: 1) lost a part on my rare bumper; 2) refused to do inspection on an apparent (visible) car malfunction, because the "on board computer reading shows no error code"; 3) kept the car in beyond promised schedule, without any notice; 4) kept customers (not just me) waiting over 1 hour for a 5-minute shuttle, EVERYTIME; 5) the service advisor "Gary" printed the receptionist's name in the "service advisor" blank on the sign-off sheet to cover his track. It is pretty clear that the service department in Irvine BMW simply does NOT want to provide service at all, and hopes everybody can just forget there is a service department there. More
