Gary relaxed my concerns, and worked with me, quickly put my mind at ease and gave me regular phone call updates on the progress, which I loved! He was very personable, funny and through with his explanations of the car repairs. I have since referred 2 friends to him, and would highly recommend requesting him, he is the best!! More
Over Priced Dealer!! I have been to this dealership twice and walked out without leasing anything. They don't even match the competitor's price nor the lease payment. The I have been to this dealership twice and walked out without leasing anything. They don't even match the competitor's price nor the lease payment. Their price on a same equip car was Thousands more and over $200 more in the lease payment and that was after negotiations. The salesperson Pieter was great and very helpful but unfortunately I cant say the same about the management. There are at least 5 dealerships within 50 miles radius. Take your business to the dealers who want to do business. I am not sure how Irvine BMW sustain their business. More

Had lamp still not working. i visited this dealer 3 times with same problem. 2. Someone drove my car , from service department, and damaged my car. Rob Davis did bad paint job on my car 3. Deleted last 3 month of history of my driving. They damage my car, and delete evidence from my dash camera. 4. i was traveling from my work to the dealer 4 times... wasted my time and gas. Rob Davis was keep telling me there is no problem. But I am still driving my car with the problem. More

I paid for a check-up Thank you Justin Slogar for giving my family and I us a once a life time near death experience on the Father Day 06/18/2017. I paid for a check-up and replacement of a brand new battery. I was driving the car on the coast line right after brought it back from the dealer and the system start to have issue, first the suspension damping malfunction, car couldn't go to Sport mode, then the transmission malfunction, steering wheel stability malfunction, A/C went off, gas pedal not responding and then car just went into a completely no electricity, disable mode. The iDrive shut off the whole car and I completely lost control of it, just like how it happened in the movie "Fast and Furious". I have to leave the car to send my parents to safe place and got my technician tow it back to BMW Irvine. I was very upset as I just purchased the car from an authorized dealer, paid for inspection and battery replacement and to be sent back on the road by the dealer to put my family at risk as the car shut down. After the the car was towed back to the dealer, the dealer also said there were other things to fix that came up to $10k (and that BMW will take care of it complimentary). The next day, I wrote a review on Yelp expressing my frustration. As I finished posting, I called in for a loaner car and was told that a loaner vehicle would be waiting once I arrived. When I arrived, Justin Slogar was in a rage shouted that he went extra miles to repair the car and threaten me that because I “spammed” him on Yelp, there is no loaner car for me and he will also take back his words, no repair for me. He asked me to take a shuttle back. It wasted my time, effort and money tremendously and I feel insulted. No loaner & no apology for allowing me to buy a car and drive off in a unsafe condition putting my family at risk. I have every right to be frustrated to say the least. Justin Slogar's words hold no value and shows that his is the exact attitude is why customers badmouth BMW. This is my updated review at 11:35AM on 06/19/2017. At this point, I don't really care what happens with servicing the car but I will definitely file a BBB complaint and BMW North America due to Justin Slogar's most uneducated behavior I ever witnessed. Education does not guarantee successful but as least make a person behave up to social standard. Again, I strongly advise to not trust or do business Justin Slogar, he has no respect toward his customer/ car owners. I believe nobody deserve to be treated the way he did to me as a human being, especially his customer. I demand a personal apology. More

High five to Mr. Kim Very happy, I was making a purchase with Mr. Kim. He gave no pressure but answers to my questions, and left me at ease to make the decision.
