Bought a used certified hybrid vehicle. Took day off to get a ride to dealer to pick up car, gave 4 days notice. Upon pickup no inspection sticker, no charge on battery 1/4 tank of gas. Then said software update was needed. When pressed admitted something was wrong with vehicle. I asked how something could be broken if it had an inspection for certification and he's had 4 days to get car ready. No response. This turned into a loaner car because the vehicle that is certified needed repairs to parts relating to start button. Called sales manager who basically said "well things happen, anything can break." I simply asked that upon next pickup everything be taken care of. I was assured "everything would be right." That night 230am salesman called me apparently for fun. Pick up on a beautiful Saturday and big shock car not charged. Had to ask sales manager for someone to assist setting up car as last salesman could not. Sales manager offered nothing for trouble, not so much as a free oil change. Worst car buying experience l've ever had. Once they have your money, you are dead to them. Go somewhere else. More
