I haven't bought a vehicle yet but our sales person was superb so I feel the need to leave him a positive review. Yesterday my husband and I went to test drive the XC60 -- we were very impressed, n was superb so I feel the need to leave him a positive review. Yesterday my husband and I went to test drive the XC60 -- we were very impressed, not only with all the safety features in the car, but the knowledge and pleasant personality of Joe Smith. My husband and I went to a total of 5 dealers...and Joe is the best salesperson, by far. He greets us promptly, very friendly, very knowledgeable and showed us everything on the XC60...I mean every little features. He took his time letting both of us test drove the car - both highway and local. We were very honest with Joe that we are still shopping around, hence, test drivings. Joe wasn't pushy, not aggressive. He just gently explain Volvo are great cars and he lastly mentioned that Volvo use Regular gas instead of Premium (that...MIGHT be a game changer for me...since I'd been looking at all other European cars where they all have higher MPG but take premium gas only...but, as comfy and safe is Volvo...it's interior looks more like my grandfather's living room...still beautiful and comfy..hence, I'm still debating) Just beware...I almost bought the car on the spot because Joe was so pleasant to deal with!! =) PS. Joe did not call me 3-4 times A DAY like all the other dealers did either (Lexus called me 7 times in a day...SEVEN)...Joe just sent me an e-mail to say Thank for my visit. I hate phone calls...so THANK YOU Joe...for NOT being a typical annoying salesperson. More
