Might be the worst dealership since they moved Let's begin with I had to call them 4 times to make an appointment for a service. The first person told me that she will call me back in a free minutes after I told what I needed to do with my vehicle. Guess what, I ended up calling them back 2 days after just I can get someone to tell me that he will call me back in an hour or so. You guessed it right, nothing happened. I had to call them the second day, waited for 15mins or so, no one pick up the phone. Finally, I was able to make an appointment 2days later, I had to tell the person not to call me back and just set it up for me. After all the struggles, I made it to the service department (hooray!!!!). The story doesn't end here. Ofc, they gave me a loaner car with no viper blade on a rainy day. Oh wait, I think they told me they will call me about my tire and rim protection plan yesterday. Let's see if they will do that. I will definitely tell people this wonderful experience. I should probably share the story on Yelp, Google, and other car dealership review site. More

A True Purchasing Experience I have been looking for a new vehicle for such a long time since I moved here a few years ago -- and have been shopping around to various dealerships. I have been looking for a new vehicle for such a long time since I moved here a few years ago -- and have been shopping around to various dealerships. I am a huge fan of foreign vehicles, but never really looked at Volvo as my first choice in vehicle. After much planning and test driving at various dealerships, I fell in love with the 2018 XC60 that came home with my partner and I the following day. When you walk into any dealership, many would attest that they would get a little anxious and apprehensive because of the whole "Dealership" Vibe. When my partner and I walked into the dealership, it felt like home. We were immediately greeted by our salesperson, Harrison R., as well as the other staff and managers who were working at the time. The dealership felt more like a Café and shared office spaces that were free to use while customers came in and out for services. Private offices were available upon request should customers need a quiet space to work. Harrison R. exceeded my expectations throughout the purchase process. Young and eager, he happily toured all of the amazing features, while paying attention to my primary needs and made the car come to life for us. His attention to detail and his passion for his work made him extremely likable. Apart from this experience, Justin and Tom, the managers at Prime Volvo took as much time to cover all of the details and explore options between leasing, purchasing, and other incentives that I qualified for. My work actually had a partnership with Volvo that I wasn't aware of and was able use those incentives towards our purchase of the vehicle. The three of them as a team created such a positive experience and made the purchase experience less daunting. Prime Volvo Cars South Shore should be the standard at which all dealership should adopt -- a place of gathering, conversation, and excitement of new ownership.
