Diagnosis of problems I had to have my ‘03 Volvo XC70 towed to Prime very early on 1-4-19. The repair desk was open and Larry got me in right away. Because it would take a while, a loaner car was offered which I used allowing me to go on with my day. After a call later I learned it was a dashboard problem. Because I had the dashboard replaced recently Larry advised I call the mechanic who had done the work to see if he would honor the work which he did. I had to have the car towed again to the mechanic where it is now. I paid the diagnostic charge at Prime and am returning the loaner. I appreciated Larry’s recommendation to contact the mechanic who did the original work and the use of the loaner car. I would go back there for service and if I decided to purchase a new vehicle. More

Excellent service! Though I did not purchase my S60 at Prime South Shore Volvo, the dealership is close to my office. Suddenly experiencing a dead battery sooner than expected, an urgent call the Friday after Thanksgiving led me to Larry Ditullio. I compliment him greatly. His consideration and responsiveness was outstanding. I got my car started to get there early Monday. I got a new battery under warranty. A broken clip on the battery cover was resolved by ordering a new one. And this is a new building that is very customer friendly. My experience was so good that I expect to switch to Prime Volvo for all my service needs. Dr. Sol Levin More

They then drove 10 miles to pick it up. Within 2 hrs I was back on the road. I’m not a resident of Massachusetts, nor did I purchase my vehicle from Prime. However, they treated me as if I was a lifelong customer. I cannot say enough about the staff at service on Saturday Dec 1 2018. More
