No one hounded us with questions or pushed us to buy. We returned the next afternoon after shopping around, and this time wanted to drive an XC60. Within just a few hours we agreed to terms and leased one. I would recommend Prime to friends and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Cecil again. We felt pressured by the finance person we worked with - which I know is common but I find it annoying. That was the only “negative” I would say. The dealership is clean and comfortable. We felt we were treated fairly and appreciated the level of service provided. More
