Pat, The service tech was not straightforward and forth coming with information on the intermittent Google operating system issue, which caused safety issues. In addition, there is an issue with the auto/stop start - the tech told me there was an option to turn that off - I asked Pat to show me (I knew there was option to do that) and it must have been on older models. To try to resolve the issue, I had to ask Pat to have the tech review the logs to find the history and I was told I had to wait and it could take hours for Volvo corporate to respond and do the data retrieval. I waited from 9am to 4 pm to get my car back. I am still waiting (36 hours later) for the service tech to send me the paperwork to sign so Volvo can evaluate the maintenance log. The general manager was not helpful, was blaming the issues on “Volvo” and I cannot believe how they were taking no accountability for the issues of an 8 month old XC60 that cost $61.5k. I have had 5 Volvos over 20 years, since they were bought by the Chinese company the quality and culture have completely changed. I would not recommend buying a Volvo or getting yours serviced at Ira South Shore Volvo. More

The inspection of service I received for my vehicle was sub par. After being told they could not duplicate the issue and cause for me bringing in my vehicle for service, I was told of possible repairs I c sub par. We worked with Olajide Ogundipe and the service was exceptional. We were constrained around our 2 y.o.s nap schedule and be made sure to get us in and out quickly and delivered our car to us later in t exceptional.
