Diagnosis of problems I had to have my ‘03 Volvo XC70 towed to Prime very early on 1-4-19. The repair desk was open and Larry got me in right away. Because it would take a while, a loaner car was offered which I used allowing me to go on with my day. After a call later I learned it was a dashboard problem. Because I had the dashboard replaced recently Larry advised I call the mechanic who had done the work to see if he would honor the work which he did. I had to have the car towed again to the mechanic where it is now. I paid the diagnostic charge at Prime and am returning the loaner. I appreciated Larry’s recommendation to contact the mechanic who did the original work and the use of the loaner car. I would go back there for service and if I decided to purchase a new vehicle.
