This is an excellent organization. I get my 8-yr-old V60 serviced here because the service department is so great as are the service managers. I made an appointment for an oil change at the time they open (7 A.M.) one week in advance, and I arrived at 6:55 A.M. and told them I would wait. My oil change did not complete until 9:15, by which time several other customers that arrived after me had already left. Five stars for quality, one star for timeliness. More
