I had an issue with my dealer installed Sirius Satellite radio that stopped functioning at my annual renewal. Good scheduling in/out in timely manner. Expertise on interaction with an I Phone can use improvement. When considering that Aaple is the biggest companies in the world, Volvo corporate should have a relationship with Apple so that my service this AM should have been much faster and less expensive. My Volvo is a 2012 model, so the technology may be dated in the vehicle as it relates to the 5G movement. Volvo can’t forget the people driving the older, less technology vehicles. I’m a senior and not so astute with the technologies of the I Phone as it relates to the Volvo technology position. But, things like good GPS on the older vehicles is an absolute safety requirement, its importance can’t be over emphasized in this faster world of high speed vehicles could with high speed technologies. In summary, exert Volvo service department should have a true specialized expert and a corporate agreement with Apple, for quick inter company cooperation. This is my venting, but it is not a criticism of your people, who are trying the best they can. I emphasize it is a high level corporate problem instead. More
