I brought my car in for service and asked for three simple things to be done. When I came back to get my car, one item had not been completed and the service tech had not entered any notes about what I simple things to be done. I brought my car to the dealer for their expertise on this one specific item. I will be bringing my car to my local mechanic from now on. If the dealer doesn’t listen to the customer, there’s no point in paying a premium for service. More
