At the time of your visits, the software recall had not yet been released by Volvo, which limited the options available to address the concern. Once it became available, we proceeded accordingly. Prior to that, a paid software update was offered as an option, as these are not typically covered unless tied to an active recall or part replacement. Regarding the inspection and tire concerns, you were provided with a full inspection report outlining the condition of the vehicle, and the recommended work was approved through the provided link. Our goal is always to be transparent and allow our customers to make informed decisions. We understand this was a frustrating situation and appreciate your patience while we worked within the manufacturer's guidelines.
