I bought a used car, in good faith. After I put my initial downpayment on it, I was called and told that the car needed new struts and suspension, & would take a few days for it to be r After I put my initial downpayment on it, I was called and told that the car needed new struts and suspension, & would take a few days for it to be repaired. I was also told that the trunk was not operable, but would not be able to be repaired until the end of August. I asked for my money back. A few weeks later, the same car was being sold, but for a thousand dollars cheaper. I called and asked for the same deal, and would take the car but have them fix the trunk in late August. I took ownership today, and didn’t make it out of the lot when I saw that the windshield was cracked. Foolishly, I agreed to bring it in tomorrow for repairs and inspection sticker. I got wary, and called at 4:00 today to see if I needed an appointment for the repair. Not only do they not have the necessary windshield, they never called to tell me. I feel like a sucker. How do they get away with saying they thoroughly inspect ALL of their cehicles, but essentially sold me the same car twice with major repairs needed! I will be reporting this dealership when (if!) I ever get my car repaired. More
