I stopped in on a very busy Saturday just to let Greg know that my wife and I are looking into leasing a new vehicle. He was with a customer but took the time to greet me and asked me to look around. After recently renting a Mazda 6 while our car was in the shop, we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and what to expect for pricing. I mentioned that if we were going to lease a Toyota, we would like to go through him. (his fiance's son is a friend of our son's). After viewing different makes of cars online, we would be solicited via email by representatives who barely took the time to read our contact information much less what our interest were. Greg, on the other hand, would inquire with us on how our search was going and relate to us what he could offer. No Pressure. Very informative. Made all the difference in the world. We live on the south shore about 45 minutes from the Hyannis dealer with other dealerships more conveniently located to us. Greg made the trip all worth while. After exchanging as much information as possible via email, Greg explained what our next steps were and what to expect when we visited with our trade in. We were prepared to exchange vehicles and drive away in a newly leased Camry. Upon Arrival, it became quickly apparent that would not be possible. The Camry we were looking for, LE with bluetooth, was too new! Shipping plastic was still on the vehicle! Greg immediately acknowledged this and quickly offered an alternative. The car would be dropped off to my wife the next day at her work. Our then ten yr. old son had a chance to survey the vehicle and was disappointed that he did not see any cup holders. Greg asked whether he would be allowed to drink anything in the new car. Our son thought about it and agreed. crisis averted. In fact, when our son did find the included cup holders, we called via the bluetooth hands free connection and "related" the information. Thanks so much. We love the car. More

About 2 weeks ago, I sent an email requesting a quote on a new Corrola, and within hours I had a response from Greg. After doing some shopping around, I went to see Greg this past Friday and we spoke about the car I was looking for. At the time, the only model on the lot was a standard, and as I no longer wish to drive one, Greg offered to see if we could work out a deal for a model upgrade. Although the sticker was 2K more than the one I was looking to buy, I told Greg I would go slightly higher, but that I had a specific amount that I was willing to spend, and even a few dollars more than that and I would just wait for him to get an automatic version on the lot. Greg came back with a great offer, the numbers worked and off we went. Of course the excellent treatment didn't end there, right through its conclusion of my paying for it and driving it home- same day- extremely psyched! Greg even filled the tank for me. I had heard excellent things about this dealership, but one never knows for sure, and I can truly say I am very happy to have chosen them. I wholeheartedly recommend Greg and Hyannis Toyota to anyone seeking to buy from a very professionally run business. More

Two recent experiences with Hyannis Toyota justifies my complete confidence in this dealership. One...our Prius was severely damaged by a concrete block in the middle of the road. Car totally repaired and runs better than ever. Two... A 2002 Tacoma was in for routine service and they discovered five needs that were very important to fix. Appointment made, they were ready for me . I had a loaner and they stated when to expect to get the truck after services were completed. I got a phone call earlier than expected and picked up the truck. the price was as quoted and the truck is fine and much safer. Quality always shows and they certainly have excellent service managers and technicians. You can't go wrong with this organization. More
