I had to buy a car on short notice, as my 12 year old Mercedes ML320 had become unreliable. Isaac was recommended to me by a coworker. I was considering a RAV4 and a Prius. When I arrived, I explained Mercedes ML320 had become unreliable. Isaac was recommended to me by a coworker. I was considering a RAV4 and a Prius. When I arrived, I explained that I had problems with my back and hips. So, the height of the seat was important to me. Getting in and out of a car that rides low to the ground causes me problems. Isaac listened and told me that the Prius would be too low for me. He suggested one other model in addition to the RAV 4. I could get in and out of it easily. However, it felt too big. We went out into the lot and looked at the LImited edition as well as the other basic cars on the lot. I loved the look of the LImited. We took it for a test drive and within 2 blocks, I knew that this was it. So, back to the dealership we went. The paperwork and financing were easy to do. While waiting for the approval, I enjoyed watching the Olympics. From start to finish, everyone I worked with from the receptionist to the business manager were fantastic. I would recommend Isaac to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. More
