They always keep you informed during the process if the technician finds some other item that should be paid attention to but never any pressure to do the work. I was searching for a new vehicle since I did not want to I was searching for a new vehicle since I did not want to go through another New England winter without an all wheel drive car. I was not looking to buy a Toyota since I had always purchased American based cars. It finally came time to start test driving. I went to a few different dealerships to look around at their inventory and was not excited about anything out there. My final stop of the day was Hyannis Toyota where Marc Isaac asked if I was being assisted with my vehicle shopping. He showed my a few certified used vehicles that had the criteria I was looking for. We test drove a few which I enjoyed but was not excited about. We then walked the lot to see if anything else sparked an interest. We came upon the 2013 Toyota Highlander that completely caught my eye. We took it for a test drive where I completely feel in love. It drove beautiful, very quiet ride, and many extras with the base model. The financing was in my price range and I drove it home a few days later. Marc and the whole Hyannis Toyota team where wonderful to work with would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Rick Arseneaux was extremely helpful in selecting tires for my 04 Camry. I recently purchased a 2011 Camry XLE and worked with Jeremy Holzworth and Tim Fenney. They both went the extra mile to make the experience as pleasant, personable and easy as possible. The negotiations took over a week but in the end we ended up with a great Camry that we love. I have done business with this dealership since 1993 and have watched it grow. Unlike a lot of businesses that grow quickly, Hyannis Toyota has maintained a personal relationship with customers. It is people like these who make this dealership one that I would highly recommend to anyone. I always had the opinion that it would be more economical to have work done at a non dealership mechanic but in the long run it isn't true. The prices are the same, sometimes even better at the dealership with the discounts available and the work is done right and guaranteed. I would never think of bringing my cars, 2006 4Runner, 2011 Camry, 2004 Camry to anywhere but Hyannis Toyota. More

I was in search of a vehicle that was safer for my son Jackson, who is 20 months old Toyota Tacoma to Hyannis Toyota on Saturday September 28th 2013. I was in search of a vehicle that was safer for my son Jackson, who is 20 months old. My Tacoma has only one seat and that means there was nothing between him and the road but the dash board. Very unsafe for a child. I arrived at Toyota at 1:30 in the afternoon where I met J. R. Riley. He is a very friendly, helpful, understanding sales man who listened to what we wanted. He took the time to make our car buying experience great. He also traded the Tacoma for a reasonable price, close to what we wanted for it. So thank you Mr. J. R. Riley, the Lovett/Warren family really appreciates your extremely professional and outstanding work ethic. You are a great sales man, and we will always bring our business to you and Toyota.
