I cannot say enough great things about Hyannis Toyota. I have bought many many brand new vehicles from all over New England in the past 14 years, trading them in before I should have. I went to Hyannis Toyota to see if they could get me out of a perfectly fine 2011 Camry and into a pickup, since my wife and I both dislike cars after driving trucks and SUV's. I was convinced they would say it couldn't be done, I'd need to keep paying down the loan, blah blah blah like every other dealer had told me. Much to my pleasant surprise, Marc said they could make it happen, and for less than I had budgeted for!! The total customer experience from not being hounded by sales weasels as soon as you pull on the lot all the way through shaking hands and taking the keys at delivery is head and shoulders above every other dealer I have bought from. The reason I rated the dealership Great is because it is. I made an appointment with Isaac to see what Hyannis Toyota had for used SUVs. I wanted to trade in my 2005 Camry. My Camry had no problems just want I made an appointment with Isaac to see what Hyannis Toyota had for used SUVs. I wanted to trade in my 2005 Camry. My Camry had no problems just wanted to get a newer car. Isaac was very helpful. He let me test drive a Rav4 - which I didn't like. Then Isaac suggested I just try a new Camry. I loved it.. and bought a brand new one. the 0 percent finance rate helps alot. I would highly recommend Isaac and Hyannis Toyota. More

Due to a previous car purchase at an awful dealership my credit was fair and I was facing a possible voluntary repossession for a vehicle that had 140,000 miles on it and was mechanically totaled. For two months my husband and I searched various options trying to figure out how I could drive a dependable car and manage my upside down loan for the totaled vehicle. It seemed pretty much hopeless. I decided to call Toyota for one final plea. Having never been a customer and never even checking out the dealership, I thought they would say to me what everyone else was saying, "keep paying down that loan". I was assisted by Steve Mahoney. After a brief conversation describing my entire situation, Steve responded "come on down, we'll get you in a car by tomorrow". I was shocked. I assumed I was going to be offered a small car with a high payment and long note. Much to my surprise, that was not the case. Steve quickly went through numbers we were comfortable with and gave us different options. Like he said, we were signing papers that night and driving my 2011 Toyota Camry by the next day. The experience was unbelievable, especially after the awful experiences we had with the other dealerships. Lori, in the finance department, was equally as helpful. She thoroughly explained everything that was being signed. I would recommend Toyota to anyone I talk to, and I know every future car purchase will be a Toyota from Steve. My husband will soon buy a truck from Toyota too. Steve made this a quick and easy experience. He definitely changed our views about purchasing a car. More
