Jeremy made the whole experience of car buying a pleasurable one. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling as well as making the buyer feel comfortable. There are so many great things i can say about there service center. There is a home feel, from the people to the rooms. I find that buying a car is never fun. However, Jeremy Holzworth made the experience as pleasant and as low-key as possible. I actually felt that he cared more about my being happy with the car I chose than he did with closing the sale that day (a truly refreshing change from some of the other dealerships in the area). He is an honest efforts & performance of Mark Howard. This is the 2nd consecutive car purchase that I have made at HYANNIS TOYOTA, both through Mark. He is an honest, professional, very capable man who put my needs first, and got the job done for me. This included working with my CA based company to handle all of the purchase & registration administration so that I could continue to do my job. In fact there was a better deal on a VENZA at Falmouth Toyota (2011, with 1,600 miles for only $4k more), but I would not pursue it out of appreciation for Mark's efforts, on my behalf. He is excellent. More

We wanted a Hybrid Camry XLE, with leather interior, but no sunroof. That is not an available choice from Toyota. JR worked with us, and an after market vendor, to help us get what we wanted. We are very pleased with the results. It was a very positive buying experience, and we look forward to having our car serviced by Hyannis Toyota. If the service is like the sales, it will be great! My wife and I had stopped in to take our first serious look at the Prius and JR Riley was the salesperson who showed us the car and we had a very nice presentation, inlcuding a brief test drive, and we fo look at the Prius and JR Riley was the salesperson who showed us the car and we had a very nice presentation, inlcuding a brief test drive, and we found JR Riley to be most informative and very personable, honest, friendly and made us feel very good about the experience of finding a Prius model that would be right for us. There was never any pressure from J.R. and we followed up with him after we figured out what we could afford. He did all the work and got things all set for us so that I could catch a ferry over to Hyannis and then get the car, and continue on my way with other business in New Bedford that afternoon. I've had previous experience with having our other two Toyotas serviced at Hyannis Toyota and those experiences have always been first rate customer service. I've never been in any other dealership in my nearly 50 years of driving that really puts more attention into customer service. J.R.Riley continued that work ethic and really made us feel good about our purchase. We found Matt Gomes in the business department was also another great example of excellent customer relations and service. Matt, too, made us feel right at home. He explained all the paperwork that we needed to sign and so everything would be ready for when we would pick up the Prius. Since moving to the Island, I've had conversations with other Toyota buyers and they too have glowing reports of the great service and experience they've had at Hyannis Toyota. I've had nothing but great customer service experiences with Hyannis Toyota... I highly recommend their dealership. I've always been sold on Toyotas, and I'm equally sold on this excellent Toytota Dealership! More
I had a car accident on January 14, 2011 when someone hit me and totaled my car. I wanted to find a Toyota Corolla S because I did not want anything less than I had in my previous car. I loved my 2008 Toyota me and totaled my car. I wanted to find a Toyota Corolla S because I did not want anything less than I had in my previous car. I loved my 2008 Toyota Corolla S, Speedway Blue car. The car drove great and I felt safe in this car, even more so since the car accident. I had a great experience working with Jr. to find the right car. I went to several different dealerships to find just the right car before making a choice. Jr. never tried to push me into purchasing anything that I was not completely interested in. He took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and always called me back right away. He even went above and beyond by calling other dealerships to help me acquire my ideal car. Junior was a helpful and honest salesman. He even made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my car before I left with my new car. I had a terrible experience with the Toyota dealership in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I had found a 2008 Toyota Corolla S in Speedway Blue and drove all the way there to purchase it. They sold it the night before after I had already spoken with their sales representative about coming up the next morning. I arrived there and not one sales person even came up to help me. Once I found someone, I had found out the car had been sold the night before. Then he tried pushing me into buying a different car, even though I told them exactly what I was interested in. They were not friendly and were far too pushy. That dealership was also awful at returning phone calls and I wasted my time and effort driving there in the first place. I would highly recommend Hyannis Toyota in the future. Jr. was an excellent sales representative for your company and I would be happy to work with him again. Another employee that was extremely polite and helpful was Matt when I was applying for my loan. I appreciate both of them for all the help they have given to me over the past week. This was our second purchase from Hyannis Toyota. We traded in our old RAV4 for a 2012 model. Each time we've been treated with respect, given a fair deal, and had extremely efficient follow-through fo traded in our old RAV4 for a 2012 model. Each time we've been treated with respect, given a fair deal, and had extremely efficient follow-through for the "end of sale" tasks such as registration transfer, auto inspection, etc. When it's time to get a new vehicle, it is highly likely we'll head back to this dealership. We will also certainly recommend it to our friends on the Cape who are interested in purchasing a new or used Toyota. More
