I love my new Toyota Corolla. I had financed two toyota cars through this dealership before and had great experiences in the past. I was at first surprised when I was called about trading in my corolla for cars through this dealership before and had great experiences in the past. I have a bad credit history but when I went into the dealership and talked to alex he assured me it would not be a problem. he understood my situation and listened to my concerns. not with other dealerships where they just want to sell you the car to boost their sales quotas. all the service and sales team were extremely nice and friendly especially rob idoice who helped me me get excellent financing. Without his help I would not have been able to get the car. I was extremely happy that I was able to get the new car and lower my payments about 100 bucks. it was great I would absolutely recommend Toyota to a friend and look forward to purchasing again in the future/ More

My situation was difficult, I went to three different auto dealers for help and they gave me the run around and turned me down. At this point I was discouraged, disappointed and lost hope. A friend of mine who just purchased a new vehicle from Hyannis Toyota highly recommended me to try them. I was very hesitant and thought there was no way they could help me. I had contacted them by phone spoke with sales consultant John Watters, explained my situation and asked him if there was anything they could do to help me. Mr Watters advised me to come in and they will do whatever they could to take make my situation better. I stopped by the dealership after work and gave John my information, told them the type of car I needed, what my trade was and they went to work. I had the opportunity to meet with the G M. AL Testa and Bus.Mgr Matt G who also worked with John to make the deal come together. I was totally blessed and got the financing and the car I needed, thanks to John, AL and Matt. I found them to be very professional, honest, caring and wasn't going to give up until they was able to help me. I will start by saying this was the 4th car I have bought from Hyannis Toyota but the 1st under the new owners. I expected "big" changes under the new management but was pleasantly surprised when I saw familiar faces. I started with an internet search and requested an inquiry on a car. Within a few hours I was contacted by J.R. Riley thru email, there was never any pressure to buy the car and J.R. was friendly, knowledgeable and one of the most helpful person I have come across. I initially believed the car would be out of my reach and I was disappointed that I couldn't foresee getting the car within my price range and with a warranty that I could afford. J.R. knew my predicament and showed genuine care in my situation. J.R. worked behind the scenes and worked every angle possible to get the car to a price within my comfort zone. He treated me with respect and kindness. He was also genuine with me and there was never any pressure to go beyond my means. J.R. Riley was the perfect used car salesman. He walked out to greet me as I was parking my existing car. Struck up a friendly, non-pushy communication by commenting on my license plate. After finding out what I was looking for, he steered me to a perfect match. My adult son and his girlfriend were along for the ride and for advice. We test drove the 2012 Rav4, then left to try out other cars at other dealerships. I returned at the end of the day to purchase the Rav4 from JR. He commented, "I knew you'd be back!" Well, I bought the car because of it's features, but I couldn't have had a better sales agent. As it was Saturday, I returned on Monday to finalize all the paperwork and details. As that took a couple of hours, I was given a ride to the local mall to pass the time. Then Toyota sent someone to pick me up when I was done. Then JR spent a good deal of time going over all the features and complicated details of this Limited Edition Rav4. As I had my cell phone with me, JR took the time to set up the BlueTooth feature. I don't think I would have ever figured that out. Now I can listen to playlists and Pandora internet radio without having to do anything! Again, JR was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a Toyota. So far my experience has been positive with service, as I had to buy a new tire because of a getting a bad puncture. Sincerely, Anne More
