I showed up for my appointment for my 5K oil, etc., and upon entering the customer service area, there was no real direction as to where I should go or wait. I actually had someone enter after me and cut right in front of me where he was waited on before me. Rather than cause a scene I waited and was called next. This was the ONLY negative, albeit a big one, to me. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in an hour- they called me back in 33 minutes- which was awesome. Organize the process in the service dept. waitng area and you guys will be simply the best. More
JR Riley was my salesman at Hyannis Toyota. JR's candor, professionalism, and sense of humor was always present in my dealings with him. Hyannis Toyota was the first place I visited when I began my search professionalism, and sense of humor was always present in my dealings with him. Hyannis Toyota was the first place I visited when I began my search for an economical, and dependable used car, and JR was the person to assist me at that time. I did go to a couple of other dealerships after that, but felt certain after these experiences that I wanted to purchase my car from JR because of his positive attitude, and great customer service skills. Yesterday, I drove away from Hyannis Toyota in my newly bought 2005 Toyota Corolla, and would like to thank JR for assisting me in making this purchase possible! Thank you! I've been a customer of Hyannis Toyota Service for several years. This morning I went to the service department as a walkin with no appointment to ask if they could help me with 2 small issues with my several years. This morning I went to the service department as a walkin with no appointment to ask if they could help me with 2 small issues with my car. It turned out that this was the morning that there was a change happening in their computer systems, so, as you may expect, there was a lot going on as everyone on the service team was trying to learn and work with a new computer system. Even with all of this going on, they were very organized,and quickly adjusted/improvised to assist me with my two small issues even though I didn't have an appointment. All with smiles and a positive attitude. Thank you to the service team and especially to the lady at the Parts Dept who helped me. More

Having driven a 1996 Toyota Corolla for over 17 years purchasing a new RAV4 was a dream come true. I had one of the most pleasant experiences working with my "team" that put me into my dream car in less purchasing a new RAV4 was a dream come true. I had one of the most pleasant experiences working with my "team" that put me into my dream car in less than two hours without the usual trauma most new car buyers have come to know. But my Toyota experience was fabulous! My daughter purchased a Camry last Fall and I'd been champing at the bit to buy my next Toyota ever since. It will most likely be my last car as it will last forever. Thanks Toyota for quality product and hiring excellent staff. Kudos and accolades! A very satified customer for life! More
We always go to Jack Carter's dealerships for sales and service. At our Boston home I could drive to on dealership 5 miles away and walk to another.We chose to do all our service on weekends at our cape ho service. I went to the dealer to shop for prices on news Avalon and Venza . I told Greg this upfront . They had a few Venza and 1 Avalon . After driving a couple cars we decided we wanted a new Avalon . We went and Venza . I told Greg this upfront . They had a few Venza and 1 Avalon . After driving a couple cars we decided we wanted a new Avalon . We went inside to hear what they would would offer for a trade in value and what the would take for the only Avalon they had. He gave us a number and we told him we would consider it. He then wanted us to fill out a credit app. he went into another office , when he came back he said "WE can only give you xxxxx for your trade in" and "we need a down payment" . I said for what ? "for us to hold the car for you" . I said sell it to someone then . I told you we were shopping for the best price and this is the first price I have. I also told him I know what that car will sell for and it has low miles and is in great condition . Needless to say we left and felt offended by him assuming we were idiots . I will never go to this dealership again , I will tell everyone I know and anyone who asks about my new Avalon where I bought it and why you should never go to Hyannis Toyota Instead of making me an offer I can't refuse , they told me they need money to hold the car and gave me a ridiculous price for my trade in and a price over $4000.00 higher for the base model the had than the Limited model I bought from Toyota of Braintree. Don't waste your time at Hyannis Toyota, go to anyone else . More
This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Isaac in buying or leasing a new Toyota and both times he has treated me with curtesy and competence of a professional who knows his business. This is my 3rd Toyota in leasing a new Toyota and both times he has treated me with curtesy and competence of a professional who knows his business. This is my 3rd Toyota in the last 4 years and after buying the 1st Highlander from Isaac, unfortunatly when I attempted to lease a 2010 Highlander from Isaac. Hyannis Toyota could not compete with Falmouth Toyota pricewise,so I ended up leasing one from Falmouth Toyota. Due to an unfortunate medical problem that arose with my wife, I was faced with the immediate need to find a vehicle that would accomodate her condition. I contacted Isaac and explained my problem and the need for immediate action. Isaac took the time to address my needs and arranged to find the perfect vehicle in the color and style required in 4 days. He worked with me in order to get me out of the rest of the lease on the 2010 and into a lease of a 2013 with no additional cost involved. He responded to my calls immediatly and was on top of the process at all times. Having been involved in the automotive industry for most of my working years, I know a professional when I see one and Isaac is definetly one of the best. Thank you Isaac for your curtesy. I had to buy a car on short notice, as my 12 year old Mercedes ML320 had become unreliable. Isaac was recommended to me by a coworker. I was considering a RAV4 and a Prius. When I arrived, I explained Mercedes ML320 had become unreliable. Isaac was recommended to me by a coworker. I was considering a RAV4 and a Prius. When I arrived, I explained that I had problems with my back and hips. So, the height of the seat was important to me. Getting in and out of a car that rides low to the ground causes me problems. Isaac listened and told me that the Prius would be too low for me. He suggested one other model in addition to the RAV 4. I could get in and out of it easily. However, it felt too big. We went out into the lot and looked at the LImited edition as well as the other basic cars on the lot. I loved the look of the LImited. We took it for a test drive and within 2 blocks, I knew that this was it. So, back to the dealership we went. The paperwork and financing were easy to do. While waiting for the approval, I enjoyed watching the Olympics. From start to finish, everyone I worked with from the receptionist to the business manager were fantastic. I would recommend Isaac to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. More
