We went back to the salesman who had sold us the previous Camry and he was so very GOOd to deal with. He did every thing that was needed in a short time and when I came back to pick up the car, he was very attentive and knew his vehicle and also knew that I needed all the consideration at this time as my husband was in the hospital (from the accident) and I had to handle all the business end of it. His name is Jeremy Holzworth and there would be no hesitation to recommmend him to anybody. He aims to PLEASE!! As we had done business with this dealer for years on our 10 year old Prius we were ALWAys impressed with this department. However one little glitch was when I took the new Camry back for 2 extras we had ordered for the car, one was done in very good time but the special floor mats we had ordered were thrown in the trunk and I was told they don't install them.. It would seem to me that a customer that had just bought a second vehicle from them and who had the previous car serviced for years, that it would not have inconvenienced then that much. I am 85 years old and with my husband in the hospital it certainly would have made me very appreciative of their service department. When I told Jeremy the salesman about it , he told me to bring it in and he would install them. KUDOS to Jeremy. Previous to this I had writtten a glowing report about their service dept and especially Karen Judge. Yes I would go back to them again because except for this oversight I still think they are the best dealership I have ever been to. More

The sales associate who handled our transaction was Tim Fenney, a young man who could not have been more personable as well as professional. We were completely at ease by his engaging manner of explaining all of our options, and his knowledge of Toyota products was truly remarkable, We never felt the slightest bit pressured nor were we forced to "haggle" in order to receive what we felt was a very fair deal. Since the model my wife wanted was not in the Hyannis inventory, it had to be obtained through another dealership. I think it was indicative of his dedication to the company that Tim came in for several hours on his day off (which was when the car was delivered) to explain all the features to my wife. He was really great. In addition to our delightful experience with Tim, Rob Iodice did an exemplary job of handling and explaining the legal and technical details of our transaction. His clear and lucid explanation made what can be a confusing and difficult aspect of the process understandable even to me. A true professional. I would be remiss if I did not congratulate you on having one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Bryan Scarpellini was not only exceptionally charming and genuinely interested in assuring that we would be completely happy with our car, but he went the extra mile in locating the precise model that my wife wanted. You should be proud of him. All in all, our experience from start to finish was unparalleled . Within 5 minutes I got a phone call, info, and an appointment to come in, along with an offer in my price range to lease Toyota for more information. Our salesman, John Watters, listened carefully to our needs and did not try to persuade us to buy a truck of a different color or style just because it would be easier for the dealership. He tracked down the exact vehicle we wanted at a dealership 250 miles away and had it driven to Hyannis just a few days later. All the paperwork was in order and we left Hyannis Toyota smiling! More
