To whom is reading. My name is John Lovett. I brought my Toyota Tacoma to Hyannis Toyota on Saturday September 28th 2013. I was in search of a vehicle that was safer for my son Jackson, who is 20 months old. My Tacoma has only one seat and that means there was nothing between him and the road but the dash board. Very unsafe for a child. I arrived at Toyota at 1:30 in the afternoon where I met J. R. Riley. He is a very friendly, helpful, understanding sales man who listened to what we wanted. He took the time to make our car buying experience great. He also traded the Tacoma for a reasonable price, close to what we wanted for it. So thank you Mr. J. R. Riley, the Lovett/Warren family really appreciates your extremely professional and outstanding work ethic. You are a great sales man, and we will always bring our business to you and Toyota. I was very happy leaving Toyota at 6:00pm with a 2010 Rav4. Thanks.... P.S. I would also like to say thank you to Bryan Scarpellini, he has helped the Lovett/Warren family so many times and in so many ways. There isn't enough room on this website to thank you for all you have done. We appreciate all the help you have provided us and look forward to many more years of knowing you. Thank you. Sincerely: John, Angela, and Jackson Lovett/Warren More

We were very happy with JR Riley and how he handled the whole process from start to finish of purchasing our new 2013 Toyota Rav 4. I purchased a car for my mother Constance Jordan from Hyannis Toyota.First of all the customer service was great as they always found my sales consultant John Riley(JR) right away as I was calling from C Hyannis Toyota.First of all the customer service was great as they always found my sales consultant John Riley(JR) right away as I was calling from Califonia to Massachusettes (as well as from Alaska). Even though we couldn't decide what car we wanted John Riley our rep patiently and responsively helped us figure it out.The quality of work was great as we eventually got the car model and color we wanted with 29,000 miles less than what we saw elsewhere and expected.John and the receptionist were very freindly, always asked how we were doing and John actually delievered the car to my mom in Chatham 30 miles away! My mom is very happy with the 2010 Silver Corolla and the price met our budget so we felt the overall experience was great . More
After receiving a promotional eMail from Hyannis Toyota, I contacted Justin Phillips in Sales. I asked him to price out my 2012 Camry LE for a trade-in for a 2013. He supported my "telephone" request to take a second look at the trade-in value and did this three times until I was satisfied with the final figure. He followed up when he promised he would, sent eMails promptly and had a "smile" in his voice at all times. When I went into the Dealership the following morning. He promptly greeted me and my husband at the door with a smile and walked us to the lot to look at the Camry LE inventory. He wanted us to see the Red SE model and once we saw the Camry Red SE, and I asked him to price this model, we consumated the deal. Within an hour, we were driving our new Camry SE off the lot. Justin was personable, professional, knowledgeable and represented the Hyannis Toyota dealership with all and more that we have come to expect from this dealership. We appreciate his skill-sets, salesmanship and approachability. This is our 4th Camry and we will only buy from Hyannis Toyota. Thank you Justin. Linda and Tom Chamberlain More
My car was sabotaged by Hyannis Toyota while in for routine service. After owning a 2007 for 5 years and a hundred thousand miles, I knew it was time for a thorough service. 2 things were imperative routine service. After owning a 2007 for 5 years and a hundred thousand miles, I knew it was time for a thorough service. 2 things were imperative, an ear splitting buzz had suddenly developed under my dash, and water had entered my spare tire compartment and the cabin reeked. I expected brakes needed work and was happy to spend some money on the car. After I dropped it off, I got a call from one of the service people who told me 1) the brakes were hardly worn and needed nothing 2) the buzz was the passenger treble speaker, the trouble shooting fee was $90, and repair would be over $200. She said it was so expensive because it was riveted (?) but that they could disconnect it. 3) The rear tires needed to be replaced and quoted an outrageous price, which I declined. I ended up spending nearly $1000 dollars on this service visit, but had expected something like that so I was nice, paid my bill, everything was good. I got in my car and immediately noticed a tire was low and the idiot light was on. I went back in and someone filled my tire. It was totally flat the next morning. I had never had trouble with that tire before. As I pulled out into the street, I noticed the brakes didn't feel right, turned around, the service mechanic got in and we took a spin around the block and he said it was ok. The next day I took it to the tire shop and the manager there came to me and asked if I had had brake service lately, I said yes. He said that the brakes were maladjusted and the right rear tire was not moving freely. It was seized up and could be rotated only with difficulty. I took it back to Hyannis Toyota, they put it on the lift and yes, it had been misadjusted. I spoke with Matt O'Connell and he wrote off the $35 brake adjustment fee I had paid the day before, although the check took 2 weeks to get to me. Now we come back to item 2, the speaker, after a couple of months I'm driving down the highway and this earsplitting buzz comes back on. I pull over and check the speaker and it is making this noise again. I put my hand over it and the sound decreased so I knew that was it. When I took my hand away, the plastic cover fell off. I looked at the cover and found that the little tab that holds it in place had been broken off by the service technician, and some sort of tape had been applied to hold it in place. I disconnected the speaker at the sautered joint (no rivets). So the three things that I spent $1000 bucks on, ALL three of them were done so poorly that I believe that they were deliberately sabotaged. The water issue was caused by hairline cracks in welds around the hatch. A master technician was on hand, he figured it out and patched the cracks, no charge. I have learned that this is a common problem. My car still stinks like a swamp and I will have to replace it, but not not not from Hyannis Toyota. More
The customer service at this dealership was fantastic! As a young woman signing my first lease, it was comforting to have salesmen that cared and were trying to give me the best deal possible. a young woman signing my first lease, it was comforting to have salesmen that cared and were trying to give me the best deal possible.
