J R listened to my every concern, my every wish, my varying options. I was never rushed or pushed, or subject to "sales talk." He was just involved with the subject at hand: The purchase of a suitable car, given my driving experience, my capability (I am a 'senior,' no further explanation needed,) my finances, and my readiness for the "deal." He was patient, taking me for more than one test drive as I considered my options, and, after a number of in person and telephone consultation, delivered the newly chosen Lexus (used) to my home. All in all, a good satisfactory "show." More

Meaghan Hughes was a breath of fresh air and an absolute delight the day I brought my car in for service. It is hard to find friendly and polite customer service these days but Hyannis Toyota has found a star in Meaghan. Usually when I go to other dealers they try to push other services for your car that you don't need but Meaghan was professional and did not push extra services for my car. I would recommend buying and servicing your car at Hyannis Toyota because they truly hire great employees. More
