When we came back proceeded to really seek out the car we were looking for and came up with very competitive pricing. During the entire sales process, kept us informed of what was happening to the delivery process. When we bought the car(Highlander Hybrid) took some quality time to go over the vehicle and the electronics(which will take sometime to master!) I was greeted at the door. The person with whom I had an appointment was called and she came from her office right away. She introduced me to the man who would help me, Joe Scanlon. I was there to buy a used car so I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford. Then I saw a sign in the showroom and asked him about it. It was about leasing, which I had already researched before going to the agency so we talked about it and I ended up leasing a 2014 Corolla. I am thrilled with it and very happy I leased instead of buying a used car. Joe worked hard to get the right car at the right price for me. He took care of getting the new plates and calling my insurance agent. The next day he picked me up at my home, took the plates off my old car and drove me to the dealership to get my new car. This was the 6th Toyota my family has bought and the 5th one from this dealership. We've never been disappointed in their customer service. He happened not to be there when we arrived ready to make the purchase, so we worked with JR who had sold my husband his last vehicle. I'd already researched online and the available models and info were exactly as advertised. The business office person, Rob, was delightful and explained the options of extended warranties without seeming too pushy at all. I felt treated like an intelligent adult throughout the process. Was able to drive home with my 2012 Prius at the end of the day with followup paperwork in a way that fits into my schedule. Bravo again to Hyannis Toyota for a difficult task made far more enjoyable. I'd say we'd be back, but I expect these cars will run forever and may outlast me! Who knows? But I highly recommend this dealership for both new and used and the service center is best in the area. More

Judy Johnson has facilitated many issues for me not only in service but also in sales and is quick to respond to any email inquiry. They always end a conversation with if you need anything, don't hesitate and they stand behind their word. I have always felt confident in taking their advice and know they have always placed my best interest first. I recently leased a 2013 Avalon and worked with Tim Fenney in sales. He is a very intelligent, knowledgeable and personable young man. He was extremely patient with me during negotiations. He understood my needs and placed me in the right vehicle. Even though I rejected several offers he refused to give up on me. He knew what I wanted and went over and above to bring things together. We saw a used Acura RDX on the lot and stopped in to test drive it. Isaac arranged for us to take a drive. During the drive Isaac asked all the right questions. We test drove it, and it wound up being exactly what we were looking for. Isaac was very low pressure, professional and very easy to deal with.
