No personal touch--a NIGHTMARE One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a dealership of any kind. After leasing 2 expensive cars (Avalon & Highlander) I was going to replace th One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a dealership of any kind. After leasing 2 expensive cars (Avalon & Highlander) I was going to replace the Avalon whose lease expired with another Avalon. With a perfect payment record, I was told, after an hour of sales chatter from Jack Maloney, that they could only offer a high rate of interest. When I left, I was called and said they could do better. Why wait for me to leave? Creepy guy behind a counter pretends to yea or nay your offer while simpleton salesman goes back and forth like he's negotiating a divorce settlement. Humiliating and unethical at every level. Real sleazy sales practices where they boast about selling 250 cars a month--in short, you're a number, not a person. One more or less means nothing to this money-grubbing dealership. I went to Herb Chambers Nissan and got a better car (Maxima) at a far better price. When you shake Jack's hand, count your fingers afterwards. More

Terrible Experience I seriously needed a car ASAP. I went into Hyannis Toyota. A very young salesperson was chafing at the bit to pounce on me. I explained to the older I seriously needed a car ASAP. I went into Hyannis Toyota. A very young salesperson was chafing at the bit to pounce on me. I explained to the older gentleman who greeted me that I would prefer an older person to help me. The young man ran to a chair sat there and stared at me. ( I had just had a very hard time with a young man at another dealership.). The shark then ran and got an older man who promptly told me "I'm the oldest guy here, I'm 68!" I asked for a manager who didn't have much time for me. He showed me a Nissan. I wanted a Toyota. I left. The next day I went to another dealership and left with a car in less than an hour. More
