No personal touch--a NIGHTMARE One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a dealership of any kind. After leasing 2 expensive cars (Avalon & Highlander) I was going to replace th One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a dealership of any kind. After leasing 2 expensive cars (Avalon & Highlander) I was going to replace the Avalon whose lease expired with another Avalon. With a perfect payment record, I was told, after an hour of sales chatter from Jack Maloney, that they could only offer a high rate of interest. When I left, I was called and said they could do better. Why wait for me to leave? Creepy guy behind a counter pretends to yea or nay your offer while simpleton salesman goes back and forth like he's negotiating a divorce settlement. Humiliating and unethical at every level. Real sleazy sales practices where they boast about selling 250 cars a month--in short, you're a number, not a person. One more or less means nothing to this money-grubbing dealership. I went to Herb Chambers Nissan and got a better car (Maxima) at a far better price. When you shake Jack's hand, count your fingers afterwards. More

Terrible Experience I seriously needed a car ASAP. I went into Hyannis Toyota. A very young salesperson was chafing at the bit to pounce on me. I explained to the older I seriously needed a car ASAP. I went into Hyannis Toyota. A very young salesperson was chafing at the bit to pounce on me. I explained to the older gentleman who greeted me that I would prefer an older person to help me. The young man ran to a chair sat there and stared at me. ( I had just had a very hard time with a young man at another dealership.). The shark then ran and got an older man who promptly told me "I'm the oldest guy here, I'm 68!" I asked for a manager who didn't have much time for me. He showed me a Nissan. I wanted a Toyota. I left. The next day I went to another dealership and left with a car in less than an hour. More

Bumbling Idiots, Do not believe their Car fax Don't waste your time. Took a vehicle to trade in, received terrible price even though bought at their dealer two years earlier Then lost registration Don't waste your time. Took a vehicle to trade in, received terrible price even though bought at their dealer two years earlier Then lost registration. Had to return next day to make them find it. Bad experience. Went to look at used Toyota Tundra, car fax said wasn't damaged, clean. Was taken to back detail lot. Truck was smashed in back , bumper rammed into frame. Both tail lights broken bad. Yet, they tell me it will be certified...?? Past owner traded it in on new one, Dealer bought it for steal, and now they do not have to report it on Carfax.. xx. Your LYING to your customers. Smart xxx customer service...even guys at Orleans Toyota which is under same dealership makes jokes about the idiots in Hyannis. AVOID ..Better dealers, better prices. More
