We put him through his paces and he went with the flow explaining every detail and then some. He didn't rush and he didn't act as if there were other things pressing him. This is why we closed our deal in one day. Tim knows his cars and product inside out which makes him a valuable resource to represent Toyota. Not only are the cars good, but it's the people from the assembly line down to the sales floor who make it all work. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! More

This experience with Tim Fenney was the best we could have hoped for. We were acknowledged the moment we walked through the door. We were test driving the car we wanted within five minutes. No pressure from Tim at all. He just answered our questions and gave us all the facts. He was pleasant, extremely knowlegeble, and never, ever talked down to us. We felt we were treated fairly, got a great value for our trade in. We would recommed Tim Fenney to anyone who wants to enjoy their car buying experience. Great job...Thank you Tim. More

He did not force a test drive when we refused it. There was no haggling for the price. There was a very professional bartering process and the dealer was more than fair. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Mr riley was a great salesman and should be highly commended . in addition Lori Gutierrez as the business manager was organized, paying attention to detail and did a great job in explaining warranty coverages. She was the final piece in the car buying process. My husband, David and I had the great pleasure as well as the good fortune of meeting Tim Fenney when we went to Hyannis Toyota to see what the Prius My husband, David and I had the great pleasure as well as the good fortune of meeting Tim Fenney when we went to Hyannis Toyota to see what the Prius line had to offer. Tim, not only had a thorough knowledge of the Prius product line, he also exemplified professionalism, from the first introduction of the various features and options to the delivery of my new 2014 Prius. But Tim’s dedication to his customers didn’t stop there. When I brought my car in to the Service Department to have various accessories installed I was rather dismayed when the floor mats, cargo mat and cargo net were just dumped in the back of the car. —I’m afraid Tim lulled me into a sense that his professionalism was carried out though out the dealership.— Tim immediately took charge of the situation and did the installation himself even though he was very pressed for time that particular day. As it turned out it, unfortunately, it wasn’t the only disappointment with the Service Department. After returning home I noticed that rear bumper appliqué had been installed by someone with dirty fingers and their thump prints are underneath the appliqué. Since meeting with the Customer Service Manager, Judy and the Service Manager Mat O’Connell they have agreed to rectify the problem. The jury is still out on the outcome. I don’t think that I could express enough accolades for Tim Fenney’s professionalism and dedication to ensure that my experience with Hyannis Toyota is a positive one. 12 years later The last time I was car shopping was 12 years ago. I was finally able to move up the ranks from 2 Toyota Tercels, that lasted me 20+years between the The last time I was car shopping was 12 years ago. I was finally able to move up the ranks from 2 Toyota Tercels, that lasted me 20+years between the two of them, to a new Toyota 4 Runner SR5 in 2002. That Vehicle was so luxurious to me in comparision to Tercel....I always felt safe driving that SUV, especially in the worst of weather conditions. It was a comfortable ride with leather seats & plenty of room. The 4 Runner had 157,000+ miles on it & I was hoping to hold on to it until September so I could put some $$ together for a down payment and not have an unreasonable car payment. Well, after a long car trip to Buffalo NY & a broken muffler I was faced with repairing that or considering making a move now. I thought I had nothing to lose by exploring my options. I knew I wanted to downsize to a smaller SUV to save on gas. I've admired the RAV4 for a few years now,but to appease my fiance I test drove the Ford Escape, Honda CRV & looked at a few others. I narrowed it down to the Rav4 & Ford Escape Titatinium... I had an appointment on the same day to talk w/ both dealerships one more time & to start talking money & financing. I met with Toyota 1st. Tim Fenney was the salesman that I dealt with from the start....when I contact Bryan Scarpellini about coming in to test drive & talk I told him I wanted to work with someone that would be patient with me & all my questions.....a friend had also recenty purchased a car & worked with Tim Fenney & had nothing but praise for him. So Tim was the guy....& yes he was extremely patient in dealing with me.. He answered every question I asked & then sometimes twice... Buying a new car can be exciting & unnverving at the same time. Trying to know all the nuiances that go along with it can be a challenge. Tim took extra time in texts, phone calls & in person visit x2 to go over everthing I had inquiries about. He is knowlegeable about the Toyota line & the car industry in general... a wealth of information. He pleasant & personable personality put me at ease as soon as we met. I test drove the XLE Rav4, it was a smooth drive, had nice pick up, loved the way it felt & handled; But I knew I wanted additional features that the Limited offered, Leather seats; moon roof, white exterior & lighter interior; toffee colored. I want to thank Bryan Scarpellini for finding the Vehicle for me that put vision of what I wanted in front of me....Dennis Lopes worked out a deal with me on a lease that I was very pleased with and was able to get exactly what I want within my budget. Rob Iodice went over all the financial information & he's who I signed on the dotted line with.....oh by the way I cancelled my appointment with the Ford Dealership for 2nd go around on the Ford Escape b/c by the time I was finished at Toyota I knew I didn't have to go any further. This is my fourth Toyota & I've only been driving my beautiful Blizzard Pearl 2014 Rav4 for 3 days now & everytime I get into the car I'm so happy I chose another Toyota & working with all the great people at Toyota made it easy. Tim is not only a very personable. energetic individual, he happens to be extremely knowledgeable on all the features of the cars. He listened to our usage, comfort needs, and desire to continue owning a solid, reliable hybrid vehicle. He was quite patient while showing the features and limitations of each of the car types. We finally selected a new PriusV and he helped us through all the steps needed to purchase the vehicle. We got it all accomplished in a one day. Seemed like Tim spent nearly his whole day with us even though we knew he had many thing on his plate. Plenty of energy, likeable, and thorough in follow-through - we will have no problem recommending your dealership to our friends and in particular pointing them to Tim. We've seen many a sales person over the years but Tim engenders that feeling of caring for us and our needs which we have rarely seen. More
