He makes the car buying experience relaxed and easy. Tell him what you want, he'll get it! He takes the stress out of buying a car and he goes the extra mile to help in any way he can. Robert the finance manager was excellent too. I felt that all of the "fine print" was explained clearly and he was personable and knowledgable as well. He too went the extra mile for me. When you are a mom wrapping up a sale and the school bus is coming, there is no time to wait! I was beyond amazed how quickly everything was done..
