Really Outstanding Service I had a muffler problem and another dealer said I needed the entire system replaced for over $2,000. I went to Hyannis Toyota and after a brief inspec I had a muffler problem and another dealer said I needed the entire system replaced for over $2,000. I went to Hyannis Toyota and after a brief inspection the service guy (I don’t recall his name) came out with a full diagram of the muffler system, explained that I needed to replace one gasket, that it would cost about $300, and that it would take about 2 or 3 hours. I authorized the work, it was completed in about one hour, and cost less than $200 because it required less labor than anticipated. This is the first honest car dealership repair I’ve ever seen. And the personnel were extremely cordial, the waiting area was remarkably comfortable and pleasant, and they offer free coffee. I am definitely going back to these guys! More
