Excellent service! I was due for service in about 400 miles. Planned to make an appointment for the following week. But, all of a sudden the power steering quit. We mana I was due for service in about 400 miles. Planned to make an appointment for the following week. But, all of a sudden the power steering quit. We managed to get the car in to Toyota with no appointment. They lent us a a car because they said they couldn’t look at the problem until the end of the day. We set up the whole nine yards: what we would have had done the following week plus the emergency. I left work the next day (a Saturday at that!) and picked up the car. I was very surprised — not only was everything well done, but I got a full explanation of what was done and why. I am out of warranty but I would come back in a heartbeat. I wish I remembered the names of those I spoke with. But it was outstanding! I think it was June 15-16, if that helps. Thank you so much! More

Efficient Service at Toyota Hyannis I moved through the check in process quickly and on time. They had plenty of help at the desk for everyone checking in. I was told it would be about an hour and it ended up being 30 minutes. The waiting room is comfortable with oversized rocking chairs, plenty of material to read and a television. I was told in detail about my car after it was serviced and the checkout procedure was quick and efficient as well. Justin Brandt, the service advisor, is always courteous and helpful. More

Everyone is always polite and my inspection was completed but I left there irritated because of the lack of appreciation for my business. I can go anywhere for an inspection sticker. I have gone there for service which I don't really have a choice about and I would leave the same comments. Good work but customer service needs to be improved... More
