Not impressed Made an appointment for oil change to to patch my tire that was flat at 9 because I had work in mashpee at 12:30. It was changed to 9:30, okay no prob Made an appointment for oil change to to patch my tire that was flat at 9 because I had work in mashpee at 12:30. It was changed to 9:30, okay no problem, I get there and tell the lovely girl who was helping me I need to leave by 12. At 11:50 a man came out and said there was a “slow leak in the tire and cannot be fixed” his exact words and that all the other tires were in the red. The last time I go the oil done and tires rotated they were all in the green. He also gave me a hard dime because he said I had 141,000 miles, I said that couldn’t be right and he stated well that’s what they wrote down. He then gave me paperwork for 4 new tires and said I could talk to someone. At this point I had to leave for work and told him I cannot do that today. He said okay well we’ll just put your car back together with the spare on it. BACK TOGETHER at all this point 12. I ended up being a half hour late to work and bringing my car to a small auto shop down my road. 25 mins later my tire was patched and only cost me $15 rather than the $40 they wanted to charge me for the patch. My leave is up next month, I was looking at the new corolla, yeah not anymore, not form that dealership. More

Routine maintenance I continue to be frustrated by my greetings at the service desk when in queue. The service representative is more concerned with what is on her comput I continue to be frustrated by my greetings at the service desk when in queue. The service representative is more concerned with what is on her computer than the customer waiting. Even if she is in the middle of a task I believe an acknowledgment would be appropriate. This is an ongoing problem. More
