Poor service experience Easy to set up appointment for regular service. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1 hour (as usual), so I waited. It ended up taking 1 hour 4 Easy to set up appointment for regular service. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1 hour (as usual), so I waited. It ended up taking 1 hour 40 minutes and no one spoke to me to explain or apologize. I was not happy. This was the first time this happened but I hope it does not happen again or I’ll go elsewhere. They can do better than this. More

Smooth, like a "well oiled machine". I feel so lucky to have such a great dealership to handle my car needs. I especially like the service department. The staff is so courteous friendly I feel so lucky to have such a great dealership to handle my car needs. I especially like the service department. The staff is so courteous friendly and professional. They always take their time to explain any necessary repairs (why, how much, etc.). If the repairs are going to take only an hour or two I can wait in their very comfortable waiting area (love the cushy recliners and the free snacks), but if it will be longer the free shuttle service is right there to take me where I need to go,m and to pick me up and take me back when repairs are done. This past week I was first checked in by Meaghan Hughes, very efficient and friendly. Kristin O'Connor was my service rep. What a sweet girl, funny, knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this dealership. It certainly appears to me that they all enjoy what they do,m and that I have always found reflects on management. More
