Mr. Sullivan, I pulled your work order and checked the history that we have on file for your 2009 Camry. The transmission fluid service as well as the power steering fluid service were both recommended due to the fact that both were discolored. The vehicle itself may only have 61000 miles, but the fluids are original and have not been changed in 10 years. That is why there is discoloration. The air filter was also dirty which will contribute to poor fuel economy. Given the age of the vehicle, I do not see anything unusual in recommending these preemptive maintenance services.
