Usually great. I was a little disappointed earlier this month when I called to make an appointment for my 40,000 miles check up (before I hid the mileage) with the intention of getting an inspection sticker done with the work. I was told when I dropped off the car that the inspection machine was down and they would do the other work. With few times available for 'car stuff' - I was hoping I could just get it done, as many people I'm sure also feel. My recommendation is that if someone is calling for an inspection sticker with other work, you might want to ask them if they want to keep the appointment when the machine is down. I was hoping to avoid a search for stations that did inspections and a long wait to get one - but that's what I had to do. More

Good dealership but not happy with the service I received for my 35k check up. I called to make an appointment and the woman was very friendly and said “ they will call you between 8:30 and 9:30 AM to pick u for my 35k check up. I called to make an appointment and the woman was very friendly and said “ they will call you between 8:30 and 9:30 AM to pick up your car. They usually do the rounds then” so I thought ok great. Get to 10AM and haven’t heard anything so I call the dealership and someone else picked up and she was not a very friendly person didn’t sound like she enjoyed her job much but I told her the person I spoke to said they would be calling me between 8:30 and 9:30 AM to pick up my car and she said “ no we do not know when they will call you to get to your car they are not on a set schedule or on rounds” so they are all not on the same page. I ended up bringing my car in and picking it up. Not very convenient. More

Consistent quality service Karen in the service department is worth her weight in gold. Whatever she is paid is not enough. However often it is the friendliness and professionalism of a great service advisor that makes me return more often than not to a shop for car service. Karen is always my go to.
