How would you feel if one day after bringing in your car to be serviced, your car would not start!!! After an examination you find out that the incompetent service personnel could not find the time to put to be serviced, your car would not start!!! After an examination you find out that the incompetent service personnel could not find the time to put water in the battery!!! The printout clearly showed that the battery was OK. The service manager said that there is another printout that would show that the battery was checked. When he went to the computer to retrieve said printout he found that in fact NO PRINTOUT AT ALL TO SHOW THE BATTERY HAD BEEN CHECKED. Then he said that putting water in the battery was no longer a program that Hyannis Toyota did! You have got to be kidding. So much for you all to take care of my car! Totally unacceptable!!! More
There were 3 staff behind the Service counter when I arrived, one of whom was dealing with another customer. The other two ignored me. The other customer left and all three of them ignored me for awhile arrived, one of whom was dealing with another customer. The other two ignored me. The other customer left and all three of them ignored me for awhile longer. Finally, one of the two who had been without a customer when I arrived turned and asked how he could help me. Really a rude way to greet customers! When I returned to retrieve my vehicle, the person who gave me the paperwork was not wearing his mask properly. It kept slipping off his nose, and then he would pull it up but not all the way, instead of making sure the mask created a seal around his nose and mouth. Unacceptable. More

Every time they rotate my tires I lose a hubcap after I leave. That costs addition $100 to replace. Frustrating Otherwise service rep was helpful.
