Took 8 hours to get a simple 40,000 mile service completed. They never called when it was ready, we had to call 3 times to ask if it was done and when we were told it was complete, we showed up to p completed. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. However, this local dealership was recently purchased by a large a corporation and things have changed.
