Took 8 hours to get a simple 40,000 mile service completed. They never called when it was ready, we had to call 3 times to ask if it was done and when we were told it was complete, we showed up to p completed. Terrible signs in the service area as well, and nobody greets you until you’ve been standing there for at least 10 minutes More

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. However, this local dealership was recently purchased by a large a corporation and things have changed.
